Great CAYC Bake-off.

Adults - your brief is to make an 8 inch Victoria sponge which you can decorate in any way you wish. You should be ready at 7.30pm with your 'uncut' cake to show it off to everyone.
Juniors - your brief is to make 6 identical muffins, any type or flavour and again decorated anyway you like. They should be ready on a plate at 7.30pm for display at the Zoom meeting.
(Or as a junior, if you would rather make a Victoria sponge you are of course welcome)
Your cake/muffins will be judged firstly on 'presentation' by all other participants on screen (via a WhatsApp message to Kathryn Anderson) and by the judges, Margaret Mooney, Jo Nixon and Kathryn Anderson.
