RYA RTC COMPLAINTS (TRAINING)
When dealing with a complaint regarding the Club's RYA Recognised Training Centres (RTC), it is essential to follow a structured process to ensure effective resolution. Here are the steps to take when addressing complaints:
- Direct Communication: Start by raising your complaint directly with the RTC Senior Instructor responsible for the course in question. If you do not receive a satisfactory response, escalate the issue to the RTC Principal.
- If you are still not satisfied with the response from the Principal, then escalate to the RYA Training Team
